Helpful service, even though a few employees were very inexperienced. My room was adequate with a nice bed and stylish decor, for instance, and the check-out was late.
The breakfast I was offered was cold; it could be way much better.

Harry
I truly enjoyed the funky-style building, nicely equipped and contemporary room. The location of the hotel was central, very close to Chester railway station, and public areas breakfast. And it was within just 1 km from Chester Cathedral.

The breakfast choices are nice hot and unusual with another coffee machine and more gluten free options and juice. The location it offers is great, close to a lovely canal and lovely bars and restaurants nearby that backed into the canal- also handy distance to the train station.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made our trip stress-free. Katrina went above and beyond, even cooking sausages for our dog. Lottie on reception was always helpful, and Lucy and Maria were so accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped. The breakfast had plenty of options and the hotel had a nice pool table area. We felt so welcome, like part of the family. Thank you for everything, Moxy staff!
Don't have any issues at all 😊
